We’re loving coffee vans at the moment so here’s another van wrap we completed the other day. Double Shot coffee came to us with the some mock ups for designs and we worked with them to set up the designs for printing and production. We love the mix of photos and graphics in this design and the grunge look, as if it’s a real brick wall. Continue reading “Double Shot Coffee”
It’s been a while since we’ve updated you on the work we’ve been doing but we’ve been busy and had some exciting vehicle wrap projects underway we’d love to share with you!
A start-up corporate florist approached us, looking for a full vehicle wrap for a bright green car they had bought. Continue reading “Endless Blooms”
A great wrap we designed and produced for Australian polarised sunglasses company Spotters. With such creative freedom the design team created a wrap that linked together the two core values in Spotters – adventure and quality products. Continue reading “Spotters Vehicle Wrap”
Colour Source were very fortunate to work Leaver Landscapes on the design of their Prestige Hino work truck. Given the company did not have a logo image, the design team developed a logo that will now be used consistently on all corporate signage – the leaf emblem spells out the company initials ‘LL’ as well as defining the company’s purpose in landscaping. It was a pleasure working with the well-established Lilydale Vet Centre, to recreate their shop signage and develop a brand new van wrap.
The client was after an eye catching, fresh designs for both their shop front and business vehicle. Being located on a busy main road was making it hard for the residential style Vet to stand out, especially of an evening. This was resolved by to applying bold & bright vinyl signage to a custom made light-box, which ensured the advertisement would be noticed during the day and night! Superior Granny Flats are a regular and ongoing client, constantly providing us with new design and application challenges. We recently wrapped their fleet of trucks, designing and applying a truck wrap that wrapped the cabin and tailgate in bright oranges, greens, blues and charcoal. Their fresh, bright logo has allowed us to apply standout designs to not only the truck wraps, but building signs, factory signs, banners, car wraps and on site signs. If you’re looking to increase your brand recognition, this project is a great example of how a corporate image can be applied across many applications so your brand stands out, people recognise it and clients see a professional image of your brand. What we love about Superior Granny Flat is their logo – The bright colours and angles make it not only bold and stand out but adaptable to a variety of signage applications. Will keep you posted with more Superior Granny Flats work in the future!
We have just completed vehicle wrap for Chimu Adventures and absolutely loved it! The designer presented us with the challenge of a sweeping curve wrapping around the entire car. By doing many paper trials to refine the curve, we produced a result with a perfect sweep and flawless joins. The bright colours and cute penguins on the window made us love this design and once the vehicle wrap was applied it looked even more striking at full size. Vehicle wraps are more challenging in production but definitely worth it once they are complete!
Recently we have been very busy on one of our new major fleet projects. The rebranding of Sushi Sushi’s fleet involved us preparing, printing and installing the fleet signage across a variety of different sized trucks and vans. We loved the final result as the simple design was easy to apply, practical and very striking! The rebranding of fleets is a lot of fun so we have loved helping Sushi Sushi who are now one of our major fleet clients. Free sushi would have been nice though!
Over the past few months we have been working alongside our longstanding client, Bridgestone, in developing an application process for their new fleet wrap designs. The design is a knock out but has created a challenge for us in application as it is a full wrap with many crucial elements. After printing out test papers, taking grids of the cars, creating digital mock ups and a few trips up the coast we have been able to overcome the difficulties that the complex design has presented. We have developed a production process that allows us to apply the fleet wraps to all different bodied cars, nation wide without requiring the cars on site. This means we can create fleet wraps regardless of their location and service national companies. Though it was a tedious process to develop, the results are outstanding and the design grabs the attention of everyone on the road (we particularly love the gecko!)
We recently worked closely alongside furniture wholesaler Noble Country Furniture in re-branding their exterior building and truck signage. For the truck, the brief was to create an eye-catching modern design that displayed their handcrafted furniture in an industrial factory setting. Inspired by innovative 3D truck designs we developed a centered perspective to create an illusion component. Text was kept bold yet minimal, allowing the imagery to act as the hero element. To finish the look we applied four panels of Alco panel to each side underneath the vinyl. This gave a flawless and smooth look that was needed to finalise the realistic idea of looking inside a truck. Continue reading “Noble Country Furniture”
